Separate your voice from the noise.
Know what you think, feel, value and want, and begin recognising what you have simply inherited from everyone else.
Find your voice. Trust it. Put it into words. Use it when it matters.
It's not that you have nothing to say. It's that everything else is louder.
Whatever experience you enter through, the work follows the same deeper journey.
Know what you think, feel, value and want, and begin recognising what you have simply inherited from everyone else.
Build enough self-belief to hear feedback, uncertainty and disagreement without immediately abandoning yourself.
Take messy thoughts, emotions and intentions and express them clearly enough for another person to understand.
Not just on stage. In the moments that actually shape a life.

I grew up in Kanpur in a middle-class family, and for a long time I was trying to figure out where I fit. I changed environments, struggled with English, walked into rooms where I felt completely out of place, dealt with culture shocks, failed at things, performed, debated, made music, kept experimenting. And slowly I learned how to express myself without constantly editing myself for the room.
"I came into this school struggling to put together a sentence in English. I left as Head Boy."
School taught me that your voice can be built.
Adult life taught me that you never finish building it.
But while we figure out where we're going, how we show up, what we say, what we tolerate, what we ask for and what we stand by can completely change where we end up.

Society hands everyone the same conventional scale of success and measures every life against it. Part of the work is noticing the ruler you've been handed, and deciding whether it's actually yours.

Many of us have so much going on inside but struggle to express it or feel understood. For once, it felt like someone actually understood what we go through. Sometimes we just need someone to listen to us without judging us or misunderstanding our intentions. Thank you for making us feel heard.
Honestly, there is so much I felt during and after the session, but it's a little difficult to put everything in words. I have never been able to express myself easily. Your words inspired me to listen to my own voice and be comfortable with who I am, learning to communicate what I feel.
With time, competition and some bitter moments, I had lost my confidence and belief. You made me believe in myself again. The whole time during the workshop I thought you were speaking what I always thought. I'll carry every word you said into every aspect of my life.
The way you spoke about things students actually go through, especially the pressure, procrastination and self-doubt, really resonated with me. It felt less like a motivational lecture and more like someone actually understood what students go through.
My biggest takeaway is the ability to zoom out. We all have problems, different problems, and there is no book that solves all of them. We'll have to find our own way through, and our problems don't have to look like anyone else's.
After attending your workshop, I got that spark in me again. I decided I won't listen to the people who try to let me down. I am beautiful the way I am. I don't have to change myself for anybody.
I was going through so many thoughts and problems at the same time and couldn't figure out how to solve them. In every segment I found my way to an answer and to prioritising what actually matters to me. For the first time I felt so open and connected, especially around self-belief and boundaries.
My biggest takeaway would be gaining the confidence to express my views without the fear of judgement or comparison. After this workshop I have started looking at life and my career from a different perspective.
Because feeling seen and heard creates the safety to explore what's underneath, and start finding a voice that actually feels like yours.

For anyone who has ever known there was something inside them, and struggled to understand it, stand by it, or say it.
No. Speaking well is a side effect. The real work is knowing what you actually think and feel, trusting it, and finding the words for it, whether that's on a stage, in a meeting or in a hard conversation at home.
Anyone who has something inside them they find hard to understand, stand by or say. Each experience is designed for its own audience: school workshops for Grades 10 to 12, college sessions for undergraduate and MBA groups, and every online experience says who it's built for.
No. Unscripted is a learning experience built on reflection, practice and honest conversation, and the free call is a conversation about whether an experience fits you. If you're going through something that needs professional support, a qualified counsellor is the right place to start.
The 90-minute session gives you clarity. The 14-day experience gives you practice: live weekend sessions, daily challenges, practice circles and a small community, so the skill actually sticks.
